Your doing your daily cardio, eating right but still not sure why the weight isn’t coming off? Maybe it is time to get the Bodybugg. While this device isn’t cheap at $249*, it is a tool to tell you whats really going on by reading through your skin what your really burning. Look familiar? I always pack my food for the day when I am at the gym servicing clients. Not only does it ensure proper portions, control on what I am eating, but it saves me a bit of cash too. The Bento box makes it easy! It is a set of stack able containers that allow you to take 3 meals on the go. Oh, and it comes in some fun feisty colors too. Yippie!
