Since I am a huge reader, I thought it might be a good time to start sharing my favorite reads with my readers, but I will begin with one book a week. To start it out, I will begin with my favorite as well as my clients favorite.

The Clean Eating Books by Tosca Reno, has been one that I have been sharing a lot lately that very simply teaches how to “Clean up” your eating. It discusses the different food groups, how to grocery shop, what you need in your Kitchen and lots, lots more.
