So you have the gym membership, you know how to use the equipment but, do you know how to put it all together effectively to get to your goal? Trying to make lifestyle changes but are confused how to put everything together? That is what a Personal Trainer is for!
You can read articles in magazines, online and try to put something together but they are general. They are not workouts geared to bring up YOUR weaknesses and use your strengths wisely. Did you learn how to use gym equipment when you played sports 20 years ago? Times have changed and the previous “right way” of using some equipment has changed.
Do you go into the gym and find yourself doing the same workouts time after time? Time to change things up so you have maximum effectiveness in every workout. Time is precious and so is your workout. Treat them both the same. Your workouts should NOT be the same in every workout. Why? Your body will figure out what is going on and the same challenge is no longer there. This will hinder your long term results, and can also get boring!

On a tight budget? There is trainers available everywhere! Is your large gym to expensive? Check out private trainers. Some can come to you (only if they gym allows private trainers. Check this BEFORE bringing in your gym so you don’t get your membership revoked.), there is online trainers if you have good and current (the last year or so) baseline knowledge on gym equipment, there is Boot Camps and even group classes at your local gym.
Don’t waste more time in reaching your goal. Look up a Certified Personal Trainer in your area and get some help.
