Switching Gears

Big changes for 2008! As of the beginning of January, I will no longer work for 24 Hour Fitness! I was with them for four years, learned a ton of information and grew so much. I became a figure competitor, met so many wonderful people that helped me grow and change. But, now for a new year with new adventures!

I will now be a trainer at Scott Fitness! check them out! scottfitness.com. I have come across many ideas, and concepts while at 24 Hour that I will now be able to put into action. Along with me switching gears, so will my blog. Not only will it have information about me and whats going on, but also will have some tips and other useful information. I hope to hear from everyone and that you stay tuned. This shall be one wild ride!
